OKC Pride held its monthly meeting last night with its largest crowd ever. The community came together and shared its views and asked clarifying questions which lead to the board of OKC Pride hearing the communities concerns about the relocation of the pride parade. Because of this community involvement and all the passion shown at that meeting the Oklahoma City Pride Parade will remain at the same location of 39th and Classen. At our next meeting the time and day will be determined.

 

Thank you, Oklahoma City for speaking out and showing up. We look forward to working with all that come to OKC Pride.

June 27th and 28th  2009
The 2009 OKC Pride festival is scheduled for June 27-28, 2009.  The parade will be on the morning of June 27th before the festival begins.  Both events will be held at Remington Park.
